PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
I understand that while I am at Ferguson's Minnestoa Harvest, I may be photographed, and those photos may be used for social media or other marketing purposes.
Minnesota Agritourism Liability:
Under Minnesota law, an agritourism professional is not liable for any injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity if the injury or death results from an inherent risk associated with the agritourism activity.

By visiting Ferguson's Minnesota Harvest, you fully acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, along with other common communicable and zoonotic diseases. Further, you fully accept such risk and agree to hold harmless Ferguson's Minnestoa Harvest Orchard LLC and Ferguson's Morningside Orchard LLC, along with its owners, staff, and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or any member in attendance with you.
By signing below, I agree for all of those in my party and agree to hold harmless and do forever release Ferguson's Minnesota Harvest Orchard LLC and Ferguson's Morningside Orchard LLC for all current and future liability related to this visit.
